Privacy Policy
This policy explains how PvVPN handles data while providing subscription services, international routes and account features.
Last updated: August 2026
Scope and Processing Principles
This policy applies to PvVPN marketing pages, the user panel and features related to subscription services. Data is processed to provide services, complete billing, keep accounts available, handle support requests and understand how pages operate. PvVPN processes only the data needed for these purposes and limits internal access.
Users should keep their account credentials secure. Before sending diagnostic materials to support staff, remove personal content unrelated to the issue. Third-party websites, applications and services follow their own privacy rules and are outside this policy’s control.
Data Collected and Its Uses
PvVPN does not require an email address; a username and password are enough to create an account. During registration, the system processes the username, a secure password digest, account status and necessary security records for authentication, session management and account protection. Passwords are not stored in plain text.
When a plan is purchased or used, the system stores the order number, selected item, amount, payment status, activation status, aggregate traffic usage and refund records. This information is used to deliver subscriptions, reconcile bills, calculate remaining benefits and resolve disputes. Descriptions and attachments submitted voluntarily in support tickets are used only to diagnose issues and respond to requests.
When the website is accessed, it may process IP addresses, browser type, device category, pages visited, referring pages and basic error information for analytics, security analysis and site maintenance. Results are mainly used in aggregate and are not used to build browsing-interest profiles.
No-Logs Approach and Connection Records
PvVPN does not record which websites users visit or retain DNS query contents, transmitted content or historical records that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. Traffic allowances are measured in aggregate by account; the result reflects only the amount of traffic used and does not include destinations or transmitted content.
Temporary state required to establish a network connection is processed only while the connection remains active and is not retained as a long-term connection history after it ends. To prevent abuse, keep the service running or investigate issues reported by users, the system may briefly process error types, connection time ranges and route identifiers. Once the purpose is complete, this data is deleted or de-identified. Diagnostic information voluntarily provided in tickets is managed as support records.
Cookies, Local Storage and Analytics
The website may use Cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state and necessary security markers. This data maintains login status and basic functions and is not used to sell personal information. After browser data is cleared, some preferences return to their defaults and the account may need to be signed in again.
Analytics help determine whether pages load correctly, understand common entry points and improve content structure. Browser settings can limit non-essential storage, but fully disabling Cookies or local storage may prevent login, order processing or user panel features from working correctly.
Payment Processing and Third-Party Services
PvVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT. Payment confirmation is handled by the relevant third-party payment service, which is responsible for payment credentials and its processing rules. PvVPN receives the transaction status, amount, order identifier and necessary reconciliation information required to complete an order, but does not store complete credentials for third-party payment accounts.
Payment services may process device, transaction-risk and account information under their own rules. Users should read the relevant service’s privacy notice before paying. For refunds, reconciliation or dispute resolution, related order records may remain stored for as long as necessary to meet legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Retention, Deletion and Policy Updates
Account and order data is retained for as long as needed for account validity, subscription delivery, financial reconciliation, refund processing or dispute resolution. Analytics are retained for aggregate analysis and de-identified when identifying an individual visit is no longer necessary. Support materials are deleted or de-identified after ticket handling is complete and further review is no longer needed.
Users can sign in to the user panel and use tickets to request access to, correction of or deletion of account-related data. Before completing a deletion request, PvVPN will verify control of the account. Orders or security records that must be retained by law will be kept as necessary; other deletable data will no longer be used and will enter the cleanup process.
When this policy changes, the update month at the top of the page will also change. Material changes to data types, processing purposes or user rights will be explained through an announcement in the user panel. The updated policy applies from the effective status stated in the published notice.
