Service Content and Scope
PvVPN provides cross-border network acceleration across 90+ countries and 200+ routes, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service is intended to improve international route quality and provides traffic according to the subscription or data package selected by the user.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is calculated based on the remaining days. Data packages remain valid until used and never expire. Available options, traffic allowances, and payable amounts are shown on the plans page and in the user panel.
Accounts, Subscriptions, and Usage Rules
No email address is required for registration; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their account credentials and are responsible for subscriptions, payments, route connections, and settings changes made through their accounts. If credentials appear to be used unusually, users should change their passwords promptly and stop the relevant connections.
Subscriptions support unlimited simultaneously connected devices, but devices must be managed by the account holder. Users may not resell subscriptions, publish account credentials publicly, share accounts with unrelated people, or package personal subscriptions as other paid services. Alipay / WeChat / USDT are supported payment methods.
Lawful Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and place of service use, and must independently confirm that accessing target content and conducting online activities meet the relevant requirements. The service may not be used to infringe others’ rights, compromise network or system security, distribute unlawful content, commit fraud, send malicious traffic, or engage in other unlawful activities.
Users may not interfere with the normal operation of routes, clients, authentication systems, or the user panel, or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to accounts, data, or services. Users who engage in such conduct are responsible for resulting complaints, losses, or legal liability.
Service Availability and Disclaimers
Route connections may be affected by network operators, access locations, target service policies, device environments, system updates, and public network conditions. PvVPN performs necessary route maintenance, resource adjustments, and troubleshooting, but makes no fixed guarantee for every location, target service, or particular connection status.
Maintenance, external network failures, force majeure, third-party service changes, or user device configurations may cause interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability of certain features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, PvVPN is not liable for indirect losses, business interruptions, or changes to third-party content. Users should save important data independently and prepare suitable connection options for critical work.
Account Suspension and Termination
If an account is involved in resale, public sharing, malicious requests, interference with service operation, infringement of others’ rights, or violations of applicable laws and regulations, PvVPN may restrict connections, suspend the account, or terminate the service based on the level of risk. Before taking action, PvVPN may review system records and actual impact; necessary restrictions may also be applied first to control ongoing risks.
Users may stop renewing their subscriptions. When a subscription expires or its traffic is used up, the corresponding service benefits end; data packages that never expire remain usable under their rules until their traffic is exhausted. Account termination does not affect obligations or dispute handling arising before termination.
Refunds and Changes to These Terms
A full refund without stating a reason may be requested within 60 days after the first payment. Refund requests may be submitted through the user panel. Where applicable law provides otherwise, the relevant requirements apply.
PvVPN may update these terms due to changes in service scope, product processes, legal requirements, or operating rules. Updates will be published on this page or in the user panel, and the displayed last-updated month will be adjusted accordingly. Continued use of the service after an update indicates acceptance of the revised rules; users who do not agree with the changes may stop using the service.
